Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The TalkTalk Summer Speed Sports Day promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Monday 20th June 2022 to Friday 1st July 2022 on Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is TalkTalk.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here (together, the ‘Promotion Terms and Conditions’). Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at Heart.co.uk/TalkTalkSportsDay, register your details.
4. Online entry will open at 00.01 on Monday 20th June 2022 and close at 12.00 on Tuesday 28th June 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Entrants will be entering to participate in an on air competition.

Entrants will be chosen as follows:
• At 12.00 on Wednesday 22nd June 2022, 2 entrants will be randomly chosen from all entries up until that point to play on Monday 27th June 2022.
• At 12.00 on Thursday 23rd June 2022, 2 entrants will be randomly chosen from all entries up until that point to play on Tuesday 28th June 2022
• At 12.00 on Monday 27th June 2022, 2 x entrants will be randomly chosen from all entries up until that point to play on air Wednesday 29th June 2022
• At 12.00 on Tuesday 28th June 2022, 2 x entrants will be randomly chosen from all entries up until that point to play on air Thursday 30th June 2022
6. Each day Monday 27th June – Thursday 30th June 2022, 2 entrants will be brought to air on the Heart Network Breakfast show (06.30-10.00) and compete against each other in a speed-based competition. The presenter/s will give them a letter and time limit to grab a certain amount of items from around their house beginning with that letter. The first entrant to grab the items or the one with most at the end of the time limit will be the winner. The letter, time limit and number of items they must grab will be given out on air. In the event of any doubt, the producer’s decision is final. The winner from each day will be required to come into the Heart Breakfast studio on Friday 1st July to compete in Heart and TalkTalk’s Sports Day.
7. On Friday 1st July, the 4 finalists will come into the Heart studio in Leicester Square during the Heart Breakfast Network Show to compete in Heart and TalkTalk’s Sports Day. The 4 finalists will be split into two heats, Monday’s winner will play Tuesdays winner and Wednesdays winner will play Thursdays winner. Each heat will be a Sport Day event (i.e., egg and spoon race) and the slowest from each heat will be eliminated.
8. The two winners from the heats will make it into the final round and will each be joined by a presenter to make two teams, the 2 teams will compete against each other in a Sports Day even and the fastest will win the main prize.
9. The 3 entrants who competed in the Sports Day but did not win the main prize will be given a Runners Up prize.
10. In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.

Eligibility:
11. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
12. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.
13. Entrants must be available to appear via video call on the Heart Breakfast Show (06.30-10.00) Monday 27th June – Thursday 30th June 2022.
14. Entrants must be available to appear in person on the Heart Breakfast Show (06.30-10.00) on Friday 1st July 2022 at Heart’s studios in London (Leicester Square). Entrants travel (and hotel accommodation if needed) will be provided.

Prize:
15. Main Prize: One winning entrant will receive: A family holiday to Florida
• Return flights for 2 adults and 2 children to Orlando Florida
• Return transfers from the airport to the hotel
• 7 nights’ accommodation in a 4* hotel in Orlando
• 7-day Disney Park passes for 2 adults and 2 children
• USA ESTA fees for 2 adults and 2 children
• £500 spending money
• Travel Insurance

16. Prize Terms & Conditions:
• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s Day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in both the UK and USA
• Children should be 11 years or younger at the time of travel.
• Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per two people. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Orlando. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize.
• UK Passport holders travelling to the United States of America are required to have a valid ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) from the US Embassy. You can apply for this a minimum of 72 hours prior to travel although we recommend you apply as soon as your travel is confirmed. Please note that anyone without an ESTA will be deported from the US upon arrival without exception. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with the ESTA visa requirements of the US. Approval is at the discretion of the US Embassy and NDL Group cannot be held responsible for this being rejected. Should the winner purchase their ESTA through a third party rather than the official site, NDL will only reimburse the actual cost of the ESTA and not any of the fees involved.
• Just so you are aware, transfers to the hotel/airport are not private and you may be sharing with other passengers.
• You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a room only basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. Your prize stay also includes local taxes and resort fees for the duration of your stay which is payable locally to the hotel when you check-out. Some US hotels require one guest to be aged 21 years or over.
• 7 day multi park tickets at 6 of Disney’s parks including : Magic Kingdom ® Park, EPCOT ® , Disney’s Hollywood Studios ®, Disney’s Animal Kingdom ® Theme Park, Disney’s Blizzard Beach ® and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon ® water parks. Subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Due to the current ongoing situation with travel advice in relation to Covid-19, we would advise that you look at all the information available with regards to quarantine, vaccination, and testing requirements of the destination you are travelling to, before selecting your dates. To understand the risks in a country, including the latest COVID restrictions (including for entry), follow FCDO Travel Advice. You can find information online at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice . It is your responsibility to comply with any Covid-19 checks for entering the USA and upon returning to the UK. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation, test results, vaccine status or following any COVID-19 regulations.
• Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.
• Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
• All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
• You must, at your own cost, comply with all necessary checks, and/or tests required for travelling to and from and entering and exiting your travel destination/venue. This includes, but is not limited to, purchasing, organising, undertaking, recording and/or registering any required Covid-19 tests. We will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you in complying with this clause, nor will we purchase, organise, undertake, record and/or register any required Covid-19 tests.
• You must comply with all applicable rules, regulations and guidance relating to Covid-19, both in the UK and your travel destination/venue. We are not responsible for your failure to comply with such rules, regulations and guidance.
• You acknowledge and agree that, without limitation to the provisions of Clause 12 of the General Terms & Conditions, our ability to fulfil a prize and/or perform any of our obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (collectively ‘Covid Measures’).
If due to any Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Promotion Terms and Conditions, then we shall not be in breach of the Promotion Terms and Conditions. In accordance with Clause 18 below, in these circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.]

18. Prize Terms and Conditions:
• Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, we reserve the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
• All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the dates of winning.

19. Data Protection:
• Your personal data that you provide to us will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited) and our Promotion Partner as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
• By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject, and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and our Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us and our Promotion Partner with their personal data.
• You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us and/or our Promotion Partner when you enter a Promotion. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
