RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Organix CBC 4’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 29/06/2020 to 05/07/2020 on Heart Cambridge, Heart East Anglia, Heart Essex, Heart Four Counties, Heart Kent, Heart London, Heart Sussex, and Heart Thames Valley (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
Go online to https://www.heart.co.uk/win/ and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday June 29th 2020 and close at 23:59 on Sunday July 5th 2020.
3. Entrants will need to answer a question and enter their details correctly to be in with a chance of winning.
4. Once the Competition has closed, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received and contacted by Global via the contact details they provide when entering.

Eligibility:
5. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Terms & conditions
1. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
2. Outdoor toys and items are seasonal and are available during the spring and summer season only.
3. Winner will be required to inform NDL of the size of child bike needed. Sizes are subject to availability at the time of booking.
4. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Julia Donaldson & Axel Scheffle or Magic Light Pictures Ltd.
5. All prizes will be ordered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of winner location. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
