Bridgedale Outdoor Ltd Terms & Conditions (Bridgedale Outdoor maybe referred to as Bridgedale throughout these terms and conditions).
Except as otherwise expressly stated by Bridgedale, Bridgedale does not claim ownership of any content or other materials you post or upload on this site or otherwise provide or submit to Bridgedale (including, without limitation, questions, comments, statements, stories, suggestions, testimonials, ideas, plans, drawings, photographs, videos, text and other content or materials) (collectively “Submissions”). However, uploading or otherwise providing any Submission, you expressly and automatically grant Bridgedale, and its successors, assigns, licensees, representatives, and agents, the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, and fully sublicenseable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, perform, display, translate, create derivative works from, and distribute such Submission (in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media or technology now known or later developed, for any purpose that Bridgedale chooses, whether internal, public, commercial, or otherwise, without any compensation, credit or notice to you. Such license shall include, without limitation, the right to use your Submission on the Site and in our advertising and other promotions. You also grant use the right to publish your name in connection with your Submission. Bridgedale is not obligated to use, publish, or disseminate any Submission you provide and may remove any Submission posted on the Site (or elsewhere) at any time. By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission to Bridgedale you represent and warrant that (a) your Submission is non-confidential; (b) you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions and to grant these rights to Bridgedale; (c) your Submission is accurate and not misleading or harmful in any manner; (d) your Submission does not and will not, infringe upon or violate any of the rights of any third party; and (e) your Submission will not violate any of these Site Terms or any applicable law, rule or regulation. All submissions are subject to, and by making any Submissions you hereby agree to, the terms of the Bridgedale Submission Agreement.

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:
This free prize draw is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and associated companies, their families, or anyone else connected with this Promotion.
Entry to this promotion requires the entrant(s) to have a personal, valid and current email address.

Only one entry per person is permitted during the Promotional Period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. If any entrant creates numerous email accounts in order to enter the Promotion more than once, they will be disqualified.

Promotional Period:
The competition begins at on Wednesday 20th March 2019 until 11:59pm Wednesday 31st July 2019

How to enter:
To enter the competition entrants must sign up to the Bridgedale #SocksUp newsletter and be listed as willing to receive the newsletter on 11:59pm Wednesday 31st July 2019.

Entrants can remove or update their data from the newsletter database at anytime.

Winner Selection & Notification:
The winner will be drawn from the #SocksUp newsletter subscription list as of 11:59pm Wednesday 31st July 2019.
There will be one winner in total.
The Winner will be selected by a computer process that produces verifiably random results.
The winner will be selected and notified on Monday 5th August by email.
If the Promoter does not receive a response from the winner within 48 hours of its first attempt at contact, the winner rejects their prize, the entry is subsequently found to be invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.

The Prize
A 3 Night Digital Detox Break at the Wasdale Inn, Wasdale Head, Gosforth, Cumbria, CA20 1EX

The winner will be able to choose between
a) 3 nights bed breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant for two people sharing
Or
b)3 nights self-catering for up to 4 people sharing with an allowance of £300.00 towards the cost meals at the Inn.
The prize expires on the 30th June 2020 and should be booked directly with the Wasdale Inn by the winner.

You’ll also receive a voucher for Sprayway clothing to the value of £500, redeemable against their current website prices.
We’ll also make sure your entire party is suitably equipped with brand new Bridgedale’s.

Entrants must remain signed up for the newsletter until the 31st July 2019 to be entered into the draw

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize that are not specifically included in the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same or higher value should the original prize become unavailable for circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

What is excluded from the Prize?:
It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize.

General:
By entering the promotion, the winner gives consent for the Promoter to use their name along with their entry image for promotional activity on social media, email and the Bridgedale website.

The prize winner’s full name and county are available by sending a self-addressed envelope to Bridgedale Outdoor Ltd, 3 Bailey Court, Green Street, Macclesfield SK10 1JQ.within three months of the Closing Date.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control and only where circumstances make this unavoidable but will use all reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect to participants to avoid undue disappointment.

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram. You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Facebook/Instagram.

The Promoter will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries and takes no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Nothing shall exclude the liability of the Promoter for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions.
