Competition Terms and Conditions

1.1 This competition closes on 26 August 2021.

1.2 Any entries received after the Closing Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

1.3 Condé Nast Publications Ltd decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Condé Nast Publications Ltd reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond either Condé Nast Publications Ltd control.

1.4 This competition is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

2. Entrant restrictions
2.1 Open to UK and Eire residents only. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and proof of age will be required before the prize is dispatched.

2.2 The competition is not open to anyone associated with The Condé Nast Publications Ltd or any associated companies.

2.3 The Condé Nast Publications Limited reserves the right to ask entrants to verify eligibility to enter by providing a valid form of I.D.

3. Route of Entry
3.1 Entry is free of charge – no purchase is necessary, internet access is required.

3.2 No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

3.3 Condé Nast Publications Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant’s error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or other such causes.

3.4 Condé Nast Publications Ltd are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party websites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this competition misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the competition.

4. Competition Details
4.1 All qualifying entrants who answer the question correctly will be placed in a free prize draw.

4.2 The prize-winner will be drawn at random after the closing date.

4.3 Winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. They will have 7 days to claim the prize. After which if not claimed, another winner will be chosen at random.

4.4 The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.5 The prize is 4x Day visit only tickets to the Great Garden Escape to The Newt in Somerset.

4.6 The Newt’s breakfast picnic on outward journey, lunch in the Garden Café and afternoon tea on return journey are also included within the prize.

4.7 Also included in the prize are: the Garden Tour, The Story of Gardening immersive experience, Lunch in the Garden Cafe, Free time for exploration and shopping, Cyder tour and tasting, 12-month Garden Membership to The Newt in Somerset.

4.7 First Class round trip from London Paddington to Castle Cary train station with Great Western Railway and Coach transfer from Castle Cary station to The Newt in Somerset included.

5. Prize Restrictions and Details
5.1 There is no cash alternative to the prize.

5.2 The prize is subject to availability and must be taken on either Saturday or Sunday until Saturday 25 September 2021 plus bank holiday Monday (30 August).

5.2 Blackout dates apply, 28 August/19 September.

5.4 This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
