Competition Terms and Conditions

The prize is either a three-night weekend stay or four-night midweek break for up to four people (ideally two adults, two small children), subject to availability at Snowdrop Cottage in Burnham Market. The prize must be taken during the period 4 October 2019 until 13 December 2019 inclusive, excluding the October 2019 half term school holiday. Accommodation booking is subject to availability. Winners are responsible for their own travel costs and food/drink. There is no cash alternative and no purchase necessary. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. The prize draw is open to persons 18 years and older and UK residents. The prize is not transferable without the prior agreement of Norfolk Hideaways Ltd. This prize draw is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
One winner will be selected from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these terms and conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The winner will be required to claim their prize within five days, otherwise the prize will be re-drawn and offered to the next entrant selected at random. The prize draw closes at 11:59 on 31 August 2019. The winner will be notified on or after 1 September 2019 by email to the address provided. The prize winner’s email address will be sent to Norfolk Hideaways to enable the organisers to contact the winner to claim the prize.
Employees and families of Visit North Norfolk and Norfolk Hideaways Ltd are excluded from entering the prize draw. Acceptance of the prize authorises the prize and prize draw providers to publish the name, photo, county and country of the winner. The winner may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity related to this promotion.

Data rights and usage: If entrants opt in to receive more information from the prize draw organiser (Visit North Norfolk), entrants’ details will be collected, stored and transferred in accordance with their privacy policy, and used for contacting recipients by email only. Recipients can unsubscribe at any time and information will not be passed on to third parties.
If entrants opt in to receive more information from the prize provider (Norfolk Hideaways), entrants’ details will be collected and transferred in accordance with Visit North Norfolk’s privacy policy and stored and used in accordance with Norfolk Hideaways’ privacy policy.
