Competition Terms and Conditions
By participating in this prize draw, participants have agreed to accept and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
This prize draw is only open to residents of England, Scotland or Wales aged 18 years or over. Proof of age may be required.
This prize draw excludes employees of the Promoter or of any company involved in the prize draw and anyone else professionally connected with the prize draw and their immediate households and families and such individuals may not participate. In entering the prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
The Promoter’s decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into. To enter the prize draw you must sign up for a Snizl account, follow the Promoter and submit the online entry form provided on www.snizl.com or the entry form provided on the Snizl mobile app by the Closing Date.
Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries submitted through third parties or automatically generated by computer or incomplete entries will not be accepted. Each participant will receive a further two entries by sharing the link to the promotion on social media such as Facebook and Twitter. To receive the additional entries the participant must use the share facility provided for this purpose. Sharing the promotion by any other method will not qualify. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum number of entries an individual will receive to the prize draw is three.
The winner will be selected at random following the Closing Date from all entries properly received which meet these Terms and Conditions as verified by Promoter and/or its agents. Selection will take place by an automatic computer generated random draw program.
The winner will be sent an email to confirm that they have won the prize draw. This email will be sent to the email address given at the time of entry within 10 days of the Closing Date. The prize will be sent to the winner’s email address or by post to the winner’s address (as appropriate) given at the time of entry within 30 days of the Closing Date. If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 30 days of the Closing Date, the Promoter reserves the right to re-run the competition.
The Promoter will send the name and county of the winner to anyone who writes within one month after the Closing Date requesting details of the winner and who encloses a self-addressed envelope to the address in the table above.
No substitute or cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is not transferable.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are misdirected, lost, delayed or damaged during delivery to the Promoter. The Promoter will not be liable for a prize that does not reach the intended recipient for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any participant with reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached any of these Terms and Conditions or has been fraudulent.
All participants’ personal data will be held and processed by the Promoter in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection 1998.
If you are the winner of the draw, by submitting your entry you agree that the Promoter may use your name, image and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this draw.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw and these Terms and Conditions without notice especially but not limited to in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the draw will be notified to participants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than its liability for personal injury or death as a result of the Promoter’s negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any participant in entering the draw, including as a result of any participant winning or not winning the prize. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post, or due to computer error in transit.
The Promoter may sub-contract some of its responsibilities in respect of the running of the promotion to Snizl Ltd (“Snizl”). However, you should be aware that Snizl is a third party service provider to the Promoter and that this promotion is being run by and on behalf of the Promoter. This promotion has not been pre-approved by Snizl and Snizl has no control over the specific terms of this promotion (as set out at the beginning of these Terms and Conditions) nor over the fulfilment of the prize. The Promoter accepts sole responsibility to you for any disputes or other issues that arise from the prize draw and/or redemption of the prize by the winner. Snizl accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment (other than its liability for personal injury or death as a result of Snizl’s negligence).
By submitting your personal information you agree to receive emails and push notifications from Snizl and the Promoter containing offers and developments that we think may interest you. You will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe on every email and push notification that we send.
Snizl may also announce the winner on Snizl’s website and social media feeds (including Facebook and Twitter).
The draw and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
