Competition Terms and Conditions

1.1This competition closes on 29 July 2021.

1.2Any entries received after the Closing Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

1.3Condé Nast Publications Ltd decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Condé Nast Publications Ltd reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond either Condé Nast Publications Ltd control.

1.4This competition is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

2.Entrant restrictions
2.1Open to UK and Eire residents only. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and proof of age will be required before the prize is dispatched.

2.2The competition is not open to anyone associated with The Condé Nast Publications Ltd or any associated companies.

2.3The Condé Nast Publications Limited reserves the right to ask entrants to verify eligibility to enter by providing a valid form of I.D.

3.Route of Entry
3.1Entry is free of charge – no purchase is necessary, internet access is required.

3.2No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

3.3Condé Nast Publications Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant’s error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or other such causes.

3.4Condé Nast Publications Ltd are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party websites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this competition misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the competition.

4.Competition Details
4.1All qualifying entrants who answer the question correctly will be placed in a free prize draw.

4.2The prize-winner will be drawn at random after the closing date.

4.3Winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. They will have 7 days to claim the prize. After which if not claimed, another winner will be chosen at random.

4.4The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.5The prize is a two night stay for two people to be taken on consecutive nights in a Mayfair Collection Suite including dinner for two at Theo’s restaurant and access to Club InterContinental. There is no transportation included for the prize.

5.Prize Restrictions and Details
5.1There is no cash alternative to the prize.

5.2The prize is subject to availability and must be taken before 29 July 2022.

5.3Blackout dates apply, including but not limited to all Bank Holidays and 1st December – 31st December 2021
