Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to UKTV Drama’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from Monday 14th December to Friday 25th December 2020 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition Entrants must go online to https://www.classicfm.com/win/ and locate the UKTV competition page.
4. Online entry will open at 12:00 on Monday 14th December 2020 and close at 23:59 on Friday 25th December 2020.
5. One Winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received.
6. The winner will be contacted by phone by a Global member of staff within 10 working days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
9. There is 1 Prize to be won, consisting of:
• A 50-inch Samsung HDR 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with TVPlus
• A White Company Luxury Wool-Cashmere Throw
• A Côte at home 3 course meal for 2 people
• A Bottle of Veuve Clicquot Brut Champagne
• A White Company signature winter candle
• A Blushing Cook box of 8 floral brownies
Prize Terms and Conditions:
10. If the winner selected is not contactable by phone or email within 30 days of the competition closing the prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected at random.
11. 3-course meal for two from Côte at home will be delivered prepared and ready to cook on a delivery date of your choice subject to availability. Should the winner prefer a vegetarian or vegan option dishes can be substituted for others available at Côte at home to the same value.
12. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days by Global’s prize provider NDL, from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries.
13. Should any product be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
