Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘The Best of Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard – online’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 30th November 2020 to 8th December 2020 on Capital FM (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and register their details on the competition page. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 30/11/2020 and close at 23:59 on 08/12/2020.

4. Entrants will be required to answer a multiple choice question and submit their answer alongside their details.

5. One winner will be selected at random from all correct, eligible entries, and contacted within seven days of the competition close.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

16. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.

17. The Sony PlayStation 5 is released from 19 November 2020. Due to high demand this item may take up to 8 weeks or more to be dispatched.

18. Just Eat e-Gift cards can only be used to place a takeaway order on the Just Eat UK website. The gift card cannot be used at other Just Eat sites around the world, or directly at Just Eat restaurants. E-Gift Cards will expire 12 months after the date the e-Gift Card was purchased. You will be unable to use any e-Gift Card not redeemed before this expiry date.

19. Topshop/Topman e-gift card will be provided in the form of an Arcadia e-gift card which can be redeemed both in store and online and is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

20. All prizes (except for the PS5) will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries. Delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

21. 2 x tickets to Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball 2021 will be standard entry tickets.

22. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
