Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://heart.co.uk/terms-conditions (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Robinsons Fruit Creations’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 06/07/2020 to 31/07/2020 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
1. Go online to Heart.co.uk/win and register their details.
2. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 06/07/2020 and close at 23:59 on 31/07/2020.
3. To enter the competition, an entrant must submit their entry in the box provided, following the instructions on screen.
4. We’re looking for fun, family friendly, feel-good entries, about what parents have learnt from their kids during the last few months.
5. Some entries may be read out on air during the duration of the campaign. So if any entry is deemed rude, offensive, discusses anything illegal, expletive, or not appropriate for radio broadcast, it will be excluded from the competition. This is down to the discretion of Global and our decision is final.
6. All entries submitted will be entered into the draw to win the prize stated below.
7. At the end of competition, one winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries and contacted by phone within 28 days of the competition close date.

Eligibility:
1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Should the winner wish to continue their membership after the specified period, they may do so at their own expense. If the winner does not want to continue their membership, it is the winner’s responsibility to cancel it before the end of the period.

D. Garden furniture of the winner’s choice will be awarded in the form of a £500.00 John Lewis e- gift card. E-gift card can be used in store and online and expires 2 years from the date of purchase.
E. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
