Competition Terms and Conditions

This competition is available to adults over the age of 16 and who are resident in the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, the following people cannot take part: a) Employees of Pukka Herbs Limited or of its holding company or subsidiary company; or b) The relatives of, or people living in the same household as the people set out above. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Entry is completed via the registered sign up forms. Entries must come via the appropriate forms in order to be counted. Sign ups via the Pukka Collective sign up page will not be entered in the competition.

This competition will open on 29th July 2021 and will remain open until 23rd August 2021 23:59. Any entry received after the closing date will be discarded.

There are 5 bundles to give away to three 5 possible winners. Prizes will be posted to the winners.

Five winners will be chosen the day after the closing date or as soon as reasonably practicable after the Closing Date.

The winner will be notified by Pukka Herbs via email. If the prize is not claimed within 14 days, we will select an alternate winner at random.

Winners will need to provide Pukka Herbs with the appropriate contact details in order to receive their prize. Pukka Herbs will keep this data solely to carry out this action and will delete this information once the event has taken place.

You will not be required to follow any accounts claiming to be associated with Pukka Herbs or Ocean Bottle. If you receive a message on social media about the competition or prize this is not Pukka Herbs or Ocean Bottle.

The prize

The prize is as follows: 1 bottle of Pukka Aqua Herbs Turmeric Active, 1 bottle of Pukka Aqua Herbs Citrus Zing, 1 bottle of Pukka Aqua Herbs Chamomile Relax, 1 Ocean Bottle.

The prize may not be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

As a successful winner, you will provide us with certain information. All information provided by you will be held securely and in accordance with the terms of any privacy policy operated by us from time to time. We ask for your consent to process your information for the following purposes only. Before giving your consent, please take a look at the notes section below: We will use your information: 1. To arrange your competition prize. 2. Where applicable to contact you with marketing emails. This is optional and will only be done when you have given consent to do so.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Pukka Herbs will judge the competition and decide on the winner, which will be picked at random from all complete entries.

Pukka Herbs‘s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.

The entrant must fill in the relevant sign up form in order to enter.

Pukka Herbs shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

Pukka Herbs also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
