The prize
If you are the lucky winner, you will be introduced to VISIT FLORIDA’s Travel Planner, who will be on-hand to help you plan your St. Pete/Clearwater holiday, with a hotel stay at Sheraton Sand Key Resort, exciting attractions and activities to suit your family’s needs, as well as making all necessary reservations, including flights. The winner will also receive a $500 pre-paid American Express card, that can be used at any location that accepts American Express, which can be used to help cover meals and refreshments – especially those much-needed ice-cream sundaes, to keep you fuelled along the way.
Competition Terms and Conditions
Flight prize based on 2 adults & 2 children sharing travel between 15th April & 10th December 2020. Prize must be booked by 30th September 2019.
2 x 20 Kgs of checked luggage per person.
The flights are subject to availability at the time of booking and embargoes and blackout periods may apply. If the date selected by the prize winner is unavailable due to airline embargo or blackout dates then a range of alternative dates will be offered.
Travel blackout dates apply 30th March – 10th April 2020 & 20th July – 20th August 2020.
The costs of any additional nights accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, parking, meals, spending money and all and any other incidental travel expenses, any hotel resort fees are not included in the prize.
All prizes are non-transferable/ non-exchangeable, non- amendable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part.
Name changes, or destination changes are not permitted.
Winner and guests must travel on the same flight and dates and carry valid passports. The prize must be used by the winner and guests travelling together.
Entry into the prize draw implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Travel insurance is required, but is not included. It is the prize-winner’s responsibility to ensure they have proper travel insurance cover prior to beginning their journey.
Visa: It is the prize-winner’s responsibility to ensure that, should a visa be required to enter a country, this is to be obtained prior to travelling. Failure to ensure the correct documentation is in place will probably result in the passenger being refused passage on the aircraft.
Health Documents: It is the prize-winner’s responsibility to ensure they are in possession of any health documents that may be required for the country they are visiting. Failure to obtain such documents could result in the passenger being refused entry.
