Competition Terms and Conditions

Entry into the competition constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”) and any decision reached by JOSEPH will be binding in all matters in relation to this competition.

JOSEPH reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition details (including but not limited to the prizes or end date of the competition) or the Terms (including the eligibility requirements) at its sole discretion without prior notice (i) in the event of any occurrence outside JOSEPH’s reasonable control (ii) to ensure the competition is run in a fair and honourable manner, and (iii) to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and guidance.

Any cancellation or changes will be posted on the relevant competition page at https://www.joseph-fashion.com/en-gb/Competition-JOSEPH.html

In the event that JOSEPH cancels, amends or varies the competition/prizes, JOSEPH will not be liable to any person for any costs in connection with, such cancellation, amendment or variation.

JOSEPH will not be required to conduct the competition at any other time.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
2.1 The competition starts on 19.08.2021 18:00 BST and will close on 10.09.2021 09:00 BST (the “Competition Period”).

2.2 In order for their entry to be valid under clause 5 below, entrants must satisfy the “Eligibility” requirements at clause 3 below and all requirements set out at clause 4.

2.3 There is no purchase necessary for entry.

ELIGIBILITY
3.1 Entry to the competition is only open to persons who are

– Individual persons, not groups or corporation

– Aged 18 and over

– Reside in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland or the United Kingdom

– Not an employee of JOSEPH Limited

– Not an employee of a JOSEPH Group company, a JOSEPH sister company, or an immediate relative partner of such an employee.

– Not a current consultant of JOSEPH Limited, of a JOSEPH company, of a JOSEPH sister company.

3.2 By entering this competition each entrant warrants that all information submitted is true and complete. JOSEPH reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants and disqualify an entrant for submitting false information.

HOW TO ENTER THE COMPETITION?

During the Competition Period, entrants must submit a valid entry by entering:

– all required details in the Competition Entry Form,

Each entrant may submit a maximum of one (1) entry during the competition period. Multiple entries are not permitted. Any attempt to make more than on entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will render all entries by that entrant invalid.

– All entries must be received by JOSEPH during the Competition Period.

– JOSEPH will not accept responsibility for entries which are not properly received as a result of equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer failure of any kind.

PRIZES

There will be one (1) winner only.

The winner will be entitled to receive:

– Styling with a JOSEPH personal shopper (virtual or in person) during which you will be invited to select JOSEPH clothes up to a full retail value of £5000 (subject to specific terms and Conditions outlined in clause 5.1)

A member of the JOSEPH team will contact the winner to arrange a styling consultation either in a JOSEPH store in London or Paris or over the telephone with JOSEPH’s online Personal Shopper.

Prize is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash value.

5.1 Terms and Conditions for JOSEPH wardrobe

– £5000 wardrobe can be redeemed on the full retail value of product at a standalone JOSEPH store in London or Paris or over the telephone with JOSEPH’s online Personal Shopper. If redeeming in store, prior notice must be given a week in advance and appointment confirmed prior to arriving at chosen location.

– Prize needs to be redeemed in one transaction and is valid for 12 months (expires 10th September 2022)

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

The winner will be selected at random at the conclusion of the competition period and shall be notified by email within fifteen (15) business days of expiration of the Competition Period. If the winner does not comply with the Terms, then the winner will be disqualified and an alternate prize winner will be selected at random.

If JOSEPH receives an “undeliverable email” notification or the winner does not acknowledge the email communication within five (5) days of the initial email an alternate entrant will be selected at random in his or her place.

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

By giving us your email address in connection with the competition, you will be asked to agree given the option to be added to the JOSEPH email database and receive JOSEPH Newsletters as well as news and information about special offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

JOSEPH may also use your email address to contact you for administrative purposes relating to this competition.

JOSEPH will keep your personal information safe and will not disclose it to anyone else and will use your personal information in accordance with the JOSEPH privacy & cookie policy available here to which you will be asked to agree.
