This promotion is administered solely by B&M Retail Ltd. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or other social media channels. You are providing your information to B&M Retail Limited and not to other social media channels namely, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest. The information you provide will only be used for this week’s B&M’s BIG Giveaway Competition Entry and will not be provided to any other party without your consent. The Competition opens at 08:00 on Monday 30th May 2022 and the closing date for receipt of all entries is 00:00 on Sunday 19th June 2022.

T&Cs

By participating, each entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.

This competition is organised by B&M Retail ltd. The Vault, Dakota Drive, Estuary Commerce Park, Speke, Liverpool, L24 8RJ. (“Promoter”) and On the Beach Limited (company no. 5954656) whose registered office is at 5 Adair Street, Manchester, M1 2NQ (“Co-Promoter”).
The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, the Co-Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of this competition draw.
The competition is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who uses multiple accounts, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses or any technologies which permit multiple entries.
The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TickTock or any other social network.
The opening date for entries is 08:00 on Monday 30 May 2022. The closing date of the competition is 00:00 on 19 June 2022. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
The Promoter and Co-promoter accept no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including but not limited to entries not received due to technical disruptions, network congestion, loss in service of online entry mechanisms, computer error in transit or any other reason.
A winner and ten runner-ups will be chosen by random draw on 1st July 2022.
The winner will receive the following prize:
a £3,500 holiday voucher with On the Beach (“Holiday Voucher”); and
a B&M holiday shop bundles which shall comprise a minimum of [£100 in value] (“Holiday Bundle”)
In addition, ten runner-ups will each be offered a Holiday Bundle.
The winners will be notified by email (using details provided at entry) if they entered through the Promoter’s online competition form or by direct message through the platform they entered (for example Facebook, Instagram or Twitter) if they entered via social media. If a winner does not respond to the initial contact made by the Promoter, the Promoter will make a second contact and if there is still no response in a further 7 working days of this second contact, then the relevant winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. The Promoter is not liable for any inability to contact with any entrant due to technical problems preventing the Promoter from contacting an entrant, including, without limitation, any acts or omissions by any third party service provider.
A notification will be sent to the winner that they have won the Holiday Voucher and the winner will be informed how they can redeem that Holiday Voucher within 30 days’ of being notified of their win. The Holiday Bundles will be sent to the relevant winners by post by the Promoter within 30 days of being notified of their win.
The following terms apply to the Holiday Voucher:
14.1. The Holiday Voucher can be redeemed against a holiday of any duration, any board type and to any destination which is advertised on the Co-Promoter’s website (www.onthebeach.co.uk). The Prize can only be redeemed against a holiday booking comprising of a flight and hotel. The Prize cannot be redeemed against flight only or hotel only bookings.

14.2. The Holiday Voucher must be redeemed by booking a holiday comprising a flight and hotel before 31 Dec 2023. No extension is possible.

14.3. The Holiday Voucher has a maximum value of £3,500 only. Any cost above this amount is the responsibility of the recipient of the Holiday Voucher (the “Winner”) and must be paid in full at the time of booking. No alternative payment plan or method shall be available to a Winner in any circumstance.

14.4. The Holiday Voucher does not include travel insurance.

14.5. The winner and their travelling party are responsible for ensuring they hold a valid passport and any necessary visa to travel, hold all adequate travel insurance policies and comply with any other terms and conditions applicable to the Holiday Voucher.

14.6. The Holiday Voucher cannot be redeemed online, it can only be redeemed through making a booking with Co-Promoter by telephone. The winner must notify Co-Promoter that they wish to redeem their prize by emailing winners@onthebeach.co.uk before booking. The appropriate prize value will be deducted from the overall booking cost and the remaining amount must be paid in full at the time of booking by the Winner.

14.7. The Holiday Voucher cannot be redeemed online. It may only be redeemed upon a telephone booking.

14.8. Any booking made to redeem the Holiday Voucher is also subject to the Co-Promoter’s separate terms of business, and the terms and conditions of the suppliers of the flights and accommodation. Copies of these terms can be found on the Co-Promoter’s website (www.onthebeach.co.uk).

14.9. Any fees or costs associated with or incidental to the acceptance or use of the Holiday (other than delivery of the same in accordance with these terms) will be the responsibility of the Winner.

All of the prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter and Co-Promoter each reserve the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s or Co-Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and nocorrespondence will be entered into about it.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, neither the Promoter or Co-Promoter, their agents or distributors will in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prizesexcept where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, Co-Promoter, their agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrants’ statutory rights are not affected.
The Promoter will process personal data in line with it’s privacy policy which can be found at: https://www.bmstores.co.uk/privacy-policy and will hold entrants details for a period of 28 days in order to choose a winner and dispatch the prize, thereafter all details will be permanently deleted. The Co-Promoter will process personal data in line with it’s privacy policy, which can be found at: https://www.onthebeach.co.uk/privacy.
The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the competition submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
