Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Pets in a Pickle & PetsPyjamas new website launch promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Friday 1st July 2022 to Sunday 31st July 2022 on the Heart, Capital & Classic FM Networks. Global is the Promoter.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion, you must:
(i) go online to the Promotion entry page at www.heart.co.uk/win or www.capital.co.uk/win or https://www.classicfm.com/win/ register your details and answer the multiple choice question.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Friday 1st July 2022 and close at 23:59pm on Sunday 31st July 2022. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
5. Once the promotion has ended, one entrant will be selected at random from all the entries received and deemed the main winner to receive the prize as per Rule 9a. Following their acceptance of the main prize a further 2 entrants will then be selected at random from all entries received for the runner up prizes a per Rule 9b.
6. The winners will be contacted by one of our representatives via the telephone number provided in their entry. The winner and runners up will be contacted by 8th August 2022. If all or some of those entrants annot be contacted within 24 hours from first being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner and/or runner(s) up.
Eligibility:
7. The Promotion is only open to residents of mainland UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion. The winners who submitted the entry, must be able to provide a name, address, email and contact telephone number to arrange delivery of the prize.
8. Entrants can only win once during the ‘Pets in a Pickle new website promotion’.
Prizes:
9. The entrant who was randomly selected to be the main winner will receive the following prize:
9a) An exclusive package consisting of a two-night break at one of the PetsPyjamas hotels, as well as a complimentary bottle of bubbly.
The two runners up who were randomly selected will each receive the following:
• 9b) a £50 PetsPyjamas voucher
10. The exclusive package from PetsPyjamas will be sent to the winner in the form of a voucher with an exclusive code.
11. The voucher is valid until 31st September 2023.
12. The voucher is valid on all hotels bookable on the PetsPyjamas website. Travel not included. The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and/or exchanged for a cash alternative.

14. Prize fulfilment will be via Global & PetsPyjamas.
15. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner, for example, travel to and from the hotel.
16. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available except in our sole discretion.
17. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection:
19. Your personal data, and any personal data of any guest(s)/travel companion(s) that you or they provide to us (where appropriate), will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited and Quidem Limited), as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
20. We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
21. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us or our Promotional Partners when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotional Partners (as applicable) will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more details). You can opt out at any time.
22. We, the Promotion Partners and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
23. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion.
24. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
