Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Simplexity Travel Management Limited (‘Simplexity Travel’) is providing clients with the
opportunity to enter the competition for the chance to win a travel voucher worth £1,000 (the
“Competition”), subject to the conditions below.
2. The Competition shall run from 5.00pm (BST) on 4th May 2020 until 5.00pm (GMT) on 29th
May 2020 (the “Competition Period”). No entries outside of the Competition Period will be
accepted.
How to Enter
3. To submit an entry to the Competition, the following actions must all be completed during the
Competition Period (“Valid Entry”):
3.1 The entrant must like a social media page belonging to Simplexity Travel and being
any one of:
a) Facebook – @simplexitytravel https://www.facebook.com/SimplexityTravel/
b) Twitter – @SimplexityTM https://twitter.com/simplexitytm?lang=en
c) Instagram –https://www.instagram.com/simplexitytravel/?hl=en
3.2 The entrant must correctly answer the multiple‐choice question appearing on
Simplexity Travel’s relevant social media page, which relates to the Competition.
4. Submission of an entry to the Competition shall be considered acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
Eligibility
5. The competition is open to all persons aged 18 years or over, except:
(a) employees of Simplexity Travel or its holding or subsidiary companies; or
(b) members of the immediate families or households of any employee of Simplexity
Travel or its holding or subsidiary companies.
6. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim
the Prize. Simplexity Travel may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the
competition.
7. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not
allowed.

8. Simplexity Travel reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or
intention of the prize competition.
9. Competition entries cannot be returned.
The Prize
10. The prize shall be one £1,000 (one thousand pounds) travel voucher for one winner selected
from the Valid Entries.
11. The travel voucher shall not be eligible to be used in conjunction with any other promotional
offer or discount offered by Simplexity Travel.
12. The travel voucher must be used against a one‐time purchase only.
13. The travel voucher must be used against a booking made through Simplexity Travel for a
minimum purchase of £2,000.
14. The travel voucher must be used prior to 31st December 2021.
15. The travel voucher must be taken as stated, is not transferable and there is no cash
alternative.
Winner
16. On or before 31st May 2020 Simplexity Travel shall randomly select the winner from the Valid
Entries received.
17. The winner of the Competition shall be notified by Email from Simplexity Travel. It shall be a
condition of the winner claiming their prize that they respond to the notification email within
5 days of the sending of the notification email. Should the winner not respond during this
period, Simplexity Travel shall be entitled to award the prize to another randomly selected
Valid Entry.
18. Simplexity Travel does not accept any responsibility if the winner is unable to take up the
prize.
19. The result of the competition is final, and no correspondence or discussion will be entered
into.

20. Entry to the Competition is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions. Simplexity
Travel reserves the right to withdraw the Competition at any time if events or circumstances
occur outside its control which makes this necessary.
21. Simplexity Travel accepts no liability for any entries that are not completed within the
Competition Period due to any reason beyond Simplexity Travel’s control.
22. Insofar as is permitted by law, Simplexity Travel, its agents or distributors will not in any
circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for
any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except
where it is caused by the negligence of Simplexity Travel, its agents or distributors or that of
their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
23. The Competition is restricted to one entry per person.
24. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions,
Simplexity Travel may, at itssole discretion,reserve the right to exclude you from participating
in the Competition.
25. Simplexity Travel reserves the right to void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition at its
discretion.
26. Simplexity Travel shall be the data controller for the purposes of any personal data submitted
by entrants (as defined by the Data Protection Act 2018) and shall process such personal data
only for the purpose of running the Competition any other purpose that the entrant consents
to at the point of entry to the Competition.
27. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws
of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts
