Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Barclaycard Garden Makeover’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from Monday June 1st to Sunday 14th June on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk, register their details and answer a question. Online entry will open at 00:01am on Monday 1st June and close at 23:59pm on Sunday 14th June.
4. Once the competition has closed one Entrant will be selected at random from all correct, eligible, entries as the winner and contacted via the telephone number or email address they have supplied.
5. The winner will have 28 days to claim their prize. If they do not respond within the 28 day period Global reserves the right to select another winner at random.

Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
8. One winner will win a £1,000 JYSK voucher for use on garden furniture only.
9. The JYSK voucher will be sent to the winner within 28 days of them confirming their details.
10. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
