Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

·          Prize Draw in relation to Britain’s Got Talent programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, the Britain’s Got Talent App (“App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites on Friday 12 April 2019.

·          Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, the App and online at 10.00 a.m. on Monday 10 June 2019.

·          Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday 13 June 2019.

·        The draw will take place within one(1)week of the closing date and time for all entries.

·        Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the Prize (“Winner”).

Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in the second call). This therefore works as a “3 entries for the price of 2 entries” offer followed by “buy one entry get one entry free” offers. Each call costs £2.00 plus your network access charge.

Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). The following entry caps apply:

·       Direct to Mobile Billing entries: up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number provided.

·       Paypal/Apple Pay entries: up to fifteen (15) paid entries per phone number provided.

For the purposes of this Prize Draw, the 30 entries in Clause 7.3 of the General Terms shall be deleted and replaced with 36 entries.

The Prize includes £70,000 cash and a trip to London for the Winner and up to three (3) companions (“Companions”) for a private screening of Rocketman at Paramount Pictures Cinema.

There is one prize of a cheque for £70,000 (seventy thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

There is one prize of a trip to London for the Winner and their Companions, including the following:

·       Four (4) nights at the Hard Rock Hotel Great Cumberland Pl, Marylebone, London (“Hotel”), based on two (2) people sharing two (2) Rock Royalty Suites on a bed and breakfast basis;

·       £120 credit added to the Winner’s room for use towards dinner for the group in the Hard Rock Café Piccadilly London on any of the four (4) days (“Dinner Credit”);

·       Return travel from the Winner’s home to London, up to a maximum of £150 per person (“Travel Allowance”);

·       Private screening of Rocketman at Paramount Pictures Cinema, Chiswick, London W4 5YF, including one (1) goody bag of exclusive merchandise and one (1) alcoholic or non-alcoholic drink for the Winner and their Companions. Alcohol will only be offered to those Companions aged 18 or over; and

·       Return private transfers from the London train station or airport (as applicable) to the Hotel.

The Dinner Credit will be added to the Winner’s room on check-in to the Hotel and any unspent Dinner Credit will be forfeited and removed from the Winner’s room on check-out. The Winner will be responsible for paying any additional costs over and above the Dinner Credit and Travel Allowance.

In addition to the London trip and private screening of Rocketman, the Winner will also receive:

·       half a day with a personal stylist at Harrods and a gift card to the value of £3,000 (three thousand pounds) to spend at Harrods. The personal stylist is available from 10am to 8pm Wednesday to Sunday (subject to availability) (“Stylist Day”); and

·       a makeover and photoshoot day in London (“Makeover Day”) including:

§  three (3) hours makeover and photoshoot at Fashion Haus London;

§  nibbles and refreshments including unlimited prosecco; and

§  complimentary goody bag.

The Winner may bring up to three (3) different outfits of his/her choosing to the Makeover Day as there will be three (3) different hair and makeup changes.

The Stylist Day and Makeover Day are for the Winner only. Companions are permitted to join the Winner on both days but will not receive any of the prizes or services relating to those days.

Please note that the Winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The Prize must be booked and taken up by 30 December 2019 and must be booked at least sixty (60) days in advance of departure.

Where a Winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, that companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the Winner when taking up the prize. Any alcohol included in the provision of this prize will not be offered to anyone under the age of 18 and the viewing of Rocketman will be subject to the film’s certification age.

It is the responsibility of the Winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the Winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize excludes all ground transport other than as set out above and specifically excludes ground transport to and from: (i) the Winner’s home to the departure train station or airport (as applicable); (ii) the Hotel to the Stylist Day; (iii) the Hotel to the Makeover day; and (iv) the Hotel to the private screening of Rocketman. The prize also excludes meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.
