Competition Terms and Conditions
Who can enter:
• This Prize Draw (comprising the Cash Prize Draw and iMac Prize Draw) is operated by
Dugout Limited (Promoter) and is open to residents of the United Kingdom , the Channel
Islands and the Isle of Man aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter,
their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
Opening / closing date & time:
• The Prize Draw opens for online entries via the play.dugout.com website (Website) and
postal entries at 9.00am on 23rd June 2020.
• The Prize Draw closes (and entries must have been received by the Promoter):
o for online entries at 5.00pm on 27th July 2020; and
o for postal entries at 4.00pm on 31st July 2020 (Closing Date).
How to enter and cost of entry:
• Online via the Website: go to (and follow the instructions on) the Website to submit a paid
entry via Paypal.
o Paid single entry is £1.50 for the iMac Prize Draw, £2 for the Cash Prize Draw; paid
bundle entries will be offered as stated on the Website.
o If you purchase an entry with a credit card via PayPal, your card provider may impose
surcharges.
• By post: send your full name and contact telephone number (including area code if providing
a landline number) to: (a) Dugout Play (Cash), PO Box 1283, Bromley BR1 9EQ (for entry to
the Cash Prize Draw); and / or (b) Dugout Play (Apple), PO Box 1283, Bromley BR1 9E Q (for
entry to the iMac Prize Draw)
o Each postal entry must be sent on a separate postcard or on or within a separate
envelope.
o In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope or postcard, only one
entry will be entered into the promotion.
o Postal entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be
accepted.
o Entries sent by post must be received at the relevant postal address specified for
entries by the Closing Date.
o Postal entries without correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be
considered.
o Personal and hand deliveries will not be accepted.
• Only thirty (30) entries for each of the Cash Prize Draw and iMac Prize Draw are permitted
per person, regardless of the method via which one or more entries are submitted. Further
entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Prizes:
• £4,321 Cash Prize. A cheque for four thousand, three hundred and twenty-one pounds will
be issued in the winner’s name and posted to the winner. It will be delivered to the winner’s
home address confirmed on valid acceptance of the Cash Prize within 28 days from such
acceptance .
• Apple iMac Prize. One (1) a 2019 Apple iMac – 21.5 MRT42B/A All in one, Intel Core i5, 8GB
RAM, 1TB Fusion Drive, Radeon Pro 560X, 21.5”, 4K, Silver.

The Promoter will deliver the iMac Prize to the winner’s home address confirmed on valid
acceptance of the iMac Prize within 28 days from such acceptance .
Winner selection:
• The Prize Draw for both the Cash Prize and iMac Prize will take place within one (1) week of
the Closing Date.
• Winners will be selected at random by computer algorithm from all eligible entries for each
Prize (i.e. applicable online and applicable postal entries) which have been received by the
Promoter and will be independently verified by a third party.
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with these Particulars and Dugout Play’s General Prize
Draw Terms and Conditions (General Terms and Conditions):
o the first entry drawn will win the £4,321 Cash Prize; and
o the second entry drawn will win the iMac Prize.
Additional terms:
Dugout Play’s full General Terms and Conditions, available here also apply to this Prize Draw. In the
event of any conflict between the terms of the General Terms and Conditions, these Particulars and
any additional specific terms and conditions which may be mentioned in any promotion of the Prize
Draw on any platform, the terms of these Particulars shall prevail.
