Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

·          Prize Draw in relation to Britain’s Got Talent programme (the “Programme”) opens for entries via PRTS, SMS, post, the Britain’s Got Talent App (“App”) and online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites on Thursday 18 April 2019.

·          Prize Draw closes for entries via PRTS, SMS, via the App and online at 10.00am on Monday 10 June 2019.

·          Prize Draw closes for entries via post at 5.00pm on Thursday 13 June 2019.

·        The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

·        Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

Entrants who send a second SMS text entry using the same mobile number by the closing date and time will receive a third entry into the Prize Draw without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). For each subsequent entry from the same mobile number, the entrant will receive an additional entry without charge (based on the same details as submitted in their previous paid entry). The following entry caps apply:

For the purposes of this Prize Draw, the 30 entries in Clause 7.3 of the General Terms shall be deleted and replaced with 36 entries.

There is one prize of £40,000 (“Cash”), a BMW X3 (“BMW”) and a holiday to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida for the winner and up to three (3) companions (“Disney Holiday”).

There is one (1) prize of a cheque for £40,000 (forty thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.

There is one (1) prize of a seven (7) night trip for the winner and up to three (3) companions to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida, including:

·       Room-only accommodation consisting of one (1) standard room (with a maximum of four (4) persons per room) for seven (7) nights at The Grand Floridian hotel at the Walt Disney World® Resort (subject to availability).

·       Return business class flights between a major international airport near to winner’s residence and the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida, USA.

·       Return ground transfers between the Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World® Resort in Florida via Disney’s Magical Express.

·       8-day park tickets for access to all six (6) parks: Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach.

The winner will also receive a gift card to the value of $2,500 (two thousand, five hundred US dollars) to cover meals and merchandise which can be spent in any Disney owned shop/restaurant. The gift card will expire one year from the date of issue and any money not spent before the expiry date will be lost.

The prize excludes any and all:

·       UK ground transfers to and from the UK international airport.

·       costs associated with passports, visa requirements and travel insurance.

·       other charges and items not otherwise described above, including, but not limited to: meals, room service, laundry service, alcoholic beverages, optional excursions, local and long-distance telephone calls, merchandise, souvenirs, tips, gratuities, service charges or taxes and all other charges and items not otherwise described above.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The prize must be booked and taken up by no later than 1 August 2020 and cannot be taken between 21 December 2019 and 4 January 2020 (inclusive). To experience Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge, the prize must be taken after 30 August 2019. The booking request form must be received by the Prize Provider for the Disney Holiday at least 60 days prior to the requested travel dates. The Prize Provider for the Disney Holiday will use its reasonable endeavours to accommodate departure and accommodation dates requested by the winner however the winner acknowledges that accommodation is subject to availability at the time of booking.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize.

The winner and each companion must have (at the time of travel) a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to the USA, including but not limited to making a timely application for receipt of ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) authorization under the Visa Waiver Program. With effect from 1 April 2016, travellers to the USA under the Visa Waiver Program must hold a passport with an integrated chip. Passports must be valid for travel with a minimum of six (6) months on the date of departure from the UK when taking up the trip. It is the responsibility of the winner to (i) organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for the travelling party, (ii) ensure that the travelling party is adequately insured including without limitation covering overseas medical costs, and (iii) ensure that the travelling party adheres to the travel itinerary and other relevant safety instructions as set out by the prize provider. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Prize Provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or their companion(s) adhere to the visa entry requirements to the USA.  It is the responsibility of the winner and their companions to adhere to the local laws in the USA including but not limited to the legal age limit for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 21 years or over.

If the winner elects to partake in any or all portions of his/her prize with fewer than three (3) companions, the prize will be awarded to the winner and any participating companions and any remainder of the prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.

Please note, some rides may have height or age restrictions. Parks, attractions and/or entertainment may change operating hours or be closed due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events and may otherwise change or be discontinued without any notice and without liability to Walt Disney Company Limited.

The Prize Provider for the Disney Holiday reserves the right to substitute elements of the prize trip package at any time. There is no alternative prize and the prize trip cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Upon booking their trip, the winner will be bound by and subject to the Prize Provider for the Disney Holiday’s terms and conditions, which are available here.

There is one (1) prize of a BMW G01 X3 xDrive20i M Sport ZA B48 2.0i car (“BMW”) including half tank of fuel, first registration fee and road tax for the first year. The prize includes the winner’s choice of exterior colour from five (5) metallic colours: Carbon Black, Black Sapphire, Glacier Silver, Sophisto Grey, Phytonic Blue or from one (1) non-metallic colour: Alpine White.

The Prize Provider for the BMW will use reasonable efforts to deliver the BMW to the winner’s home address within three (3) months of receipt of all correct and valid documentation from the winner. Such documentation includes without limitation a valid insurance cover note to register the car and current driver’s licence.

The winner is responsible for insuring the BMW and all other costs associated with taking up the BMW. The winner may choose to register the car in another person’s name subject to receipt of correct and valid documentation for that person.
