How do I enter?

Text WIN to 63103. Texts cost £2 plus your standard network rate. Over 18s only. This is a network competition and full terms and online entry are available here.

What do I need to do to win?

Just answer your phone if we call you after 3pm on Christmas Eve – that’s it!

Who is making the call to the winner?

Father Christmas himself! 🎅

I have sent a text but haven’t received an entry confirmation message.

There could be several reasons why you haven’t received a confirmation message. This could be due to insufficient funds, a bar on your account or a network problem. You will need to speak to your network about this.

I want to enter via text but when I try to send the message it states failed, what should I do?

If you are not able to send a text message to the required shortcode then this would either be a premium rate setting on your handset or more likely a premium rate bar on your mobile network account. It is your mobile networks sole responsibility to deliver all messages to and from your handset. You will need to speak with your network about this.
