Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘German Doner Kebab’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 31st July 2020 to 13th August 2020 on Capita East Midlands (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 31st July 2020 and close at 23:59 on 13th August 2020.

4. Entrants must answer the multiple-choice question.

5. One winner will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries and will be contacted by Capital FM.

Eligibility:

6. Entrants must be 18 or over.

7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

8. One winner will receive the prize of £250. This will be in the form of a cheque or via BACS transfer (if the winner is happy to email across their bank details).

9. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
