RULES
· The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ ) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘We Buy Any Car Online Burst 6’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 01/12/19 to 31/12/19 on the Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).
· Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
· To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com, answer a question correctly and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 01/12/19 and close at 23:59 on 31/12/19.
· The winner will be randomly selected from all correct and eligible entries, and contacted within 30 days of the end of the competition by a representative of Global.
Eligibility:
· Entrants must be 18 of over.
· Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
· £1000 in the form of a cheque.
· Please allow 30 days from being notified of winning the prize and confirming winners address details for the cheque to arrive. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
