Competition Terms and Conditions

1.1 This competition closes on 2 September 2021.

1.2 Any entries received after the Closing Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.

1.3 Condé Nast Publications Ltd decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Condé Nast Publications Ltd reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond either Condé Nast Publications Ltd control.

1.4 This competition is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

2. Entrant restrictions
2.1 Open to UK and Eire residents only. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and proof of age will be required before the prize is dispatched.

2.2 The competition is not open to anyone associated with The Condé Nast Publications Ltd or any associated companies.

2.3 The Condé Nast Publications Limited reserves the right to ask entrants to verify eligibility to enter by providing a valid form of I.D.

3. Route of Entry
3.1 Entry is free of charge – no purchase is necessary, internet access is required.

3.2 No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.

3.3 Condé Nast Publications Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant’s error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or other such causes.

3.4 Condé Nast Publications Ltd are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party websites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this competition misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the competition.

4. Competition Details
4.1 All qualifying entrants who answer the question correctly will be placed in a free prize draw.

4.2 The prize-winner will be drawn at random after the closing date.

4.3 Winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. They will have 7 days to claim the prize. After which if not claimed, another winner will be chosen at random.

4.4 The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.5 The prize is 1x Hamper and 1x Shopping experience at Harvey Nichols personal shopping with £750 voucher for ‘The Style Session’, for one adult.

5. Prize Restrictions and Details
5.1 There is no cash alternative to the prize.

5.2 The prize is subject to availability and must be taken before 2nd September 2023.

5.3 For additional services, fees and charges may apply.

5.4 This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.

5.5 Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

5.6 The gift voucher is non-transferable and cannot be extended past the validity date.

5.7 Gift Experiences are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

5.8 Gift Experiences and Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives, in whole or in part.

5.9 Gift Cards must be redeemed in full in-store on the day of the Personal Shopping appointment and cannot be redeemed over multiple visits. Any amount not redeemed during the appointment will be forfeited.

5.10 Harvey Nichols reserves the right to provide an alternative Gift Experience of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

5.11 Gift Cards must be redeemed at the Harvey Nichols store hosting the experience and cannot be redeemed at other Harvey Nichols stores.

5.12 A bottle of Harvey Nichols Champagne (375ml) will be delivered to your home address ahead of your at-home telephone consultation.

5.13 Make-up tutorial and bespoke fragrance consultations are available on request as part of the appointment and are subject to availability.

5.14 Please note, different brands are available at different Harvey Nichols sites.

5.15 Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, used as a deposit on a credit agreement or used as payment on a Harvey Nichols charge card.
