By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and
conditions:
1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged over 18 years (England, Scotland and Wales).
Excludes Isle of Man, Northern Ireland residents and employees of DSG Retail Limited and their
families, agents (including affiliates), suppliers and anyone connected to this promotion with only
one entry per person.
2. To enter the promotion, you must play the Jackpot game and complete the entry form with your
details (Forename, Last name, Email address) and then click ‘Submit’ for a chance to win a Currys PC
World eGift Card.
3. All entries received between 12:01am on 27/08/2021 and 11:59pm on 30/08/2021 will be eligible
for the chance to win an eGift card.a
4. The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by 3rd parties, collective entries or
multiple entries will be disqualified. Entrants may enter only once.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
6. No purchase necessary.
7. There are a total of 4844 eGift cards to be won worth £50,000:
• 4,000 x £5 eGift cards to be won
• 600 x £15 eGift cards to be won
• 180 x £50 eGift cards to be won
• 40 x £100 eGift cards to be won
• 20 x £200 eGift cards to be won
• 4 x £1000 eGift cards to be won
8. eGift cards can be used as full or part payment towards products (excluding mobile phones and
airtime) and Team Knowhow services online only at Currys.co.uk.
9. The balance of this eGift card can be checked online at www.currys.co.uk/giftcards or by calling
0800 897 163.
10. The eGift cards are valid for use between 27th August and 31st August 2021, after which time the
eGift card will expire and any balance will be deducted.
11. No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or damaged cards.
12. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or discontinue the card at any time. This
does not affect your statutory rights.
13. Instant Win: The winning entrants will be instantly notified firstly on screen and will be asked to
follow the instructions to claim their prize. A follow up email will be sent to the winner immediately
to confirm details of how to redeem their eGift card.
15. In the event of the Currys PC World eGift card specified above not being available, an alternative
product of equivalent specification and brand will be provided. There is no cash alternative and the
prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
16. The decision of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered
regarding the outcome of this promotion.
17. The Promoter may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify any entries which it feels do not comply
with these terms and conditions or where any form of bad faith is suspected.
18. Winners may be required to participate in publicity.
19. Upon request, the surname and country of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to the
Promoter at the address below. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the draw.
20. If you are the winner of this promotion, you also agree to participate in any publicity arising from
the promotion and the publication of your surname and country to those that request those details.
21. The Promoter will at all times comply with data protection legislation when collecting and
processing data. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of
the Promotion, Participant’s personal details will not be used for any other purpose whatsoever,
unless the Promoter has your consent. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential.
