Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘MoneySuperMarket Christmas Survey Competition’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run online from 20.11.20 to 27.11.20 on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk to take part in the survey and register their details. Online entry will open at 00.01 on 20.11.20 and close at 23:59 on 27.11.20.
4. Entrants must complete the survey and enter their details to be in with a chance of winning.
5. One Winner will be randomly selected from all correct and eligible entries, and contacted within 30 days of the end of the competition by a representative of Global

Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
8. 1x Winner will receive: £1000 cash

9. The prize will be awarded to the Winner by telephone call or email from a representative of Global
10. A text message will be sent using confirmed details with further instruction for the Winner to complete a bank transfer via the Audata system.
11. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
