Competition Terms and Conditions

This Promotion is for the chance to win one of three family breaks at Watergate Bay Hotel, or one of 100 gift cards from Joules worth £100 each.
This Promotion is only open to legal residents of the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland), aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoters, third parties involved in the Promotion, their families, agents or anyone else in any way professionally connected with this Promotion.
No purchase necessary; however, internet access is required.
Promotion Period
a. The Promotion Period shall commence at 00:00 on 1st March 2019 and will end at 23:59 on 31st July 2019.

b. There are three Prize Draw Periods, plus a Wrap-up Period, during the Promotion Period as follows:

Main and Runner-up Prize – 00:00 GMT 1st March 2019 – 23:59 BST 30th April 2019

Main and Runner-up Prize – 00:00 BST 1st May 2019 – 23:59 BST 31st May 2019

Main and Runner-up Prize – 00:00 BST 1st June 2019 – 23:59 BST 30th June 2019

Wrap Up Prize – 00:00 GMT 1st March 2019 – 23:59 BST 31st July 2019 2019

c. All entries that were not successful in the three Main and Runner-up Prize draw periods and all entries received during the Wrap Up Prize draw period will also be entered into the Wrap-up Draw.

To Enter: Visit www.joules.com/dorset and enter your details (name and email address) to be entered into the relevant Prize Draw and also the Wrap-up Draw.
Maximum of one entry per person during the Promotion Period.
The Prizes:
a. Main Prize Draw Prizes: There will be one (1) main prize winner in each Prize Draw Period, who will each win a 3-night short break for up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children (up to 12 years old)) in Watergate Bay Hotel, plus family surf lessons. Three (3) winners in total during the three Prize Draw Periods.

Runner-up Prize Draw Prizes: There will be thirty (30) runner-up prize winners in each Prize Draw Period, who will each win a £100 Joules gift card. (Ninety (90) winners in total during the three Prize Draw Periods).

Wrap-up Draw Prizes: Ten (10) winners drawn from all entries received during the Promotional Period, who will each win a £100 Joules gift card.

Further Prize Details and Conditions:
a. Joules gift cards can be redeemed for merchandise at any Joules store in the United Kingdom only (excluding stockists) and online at www.joules.com. Additional T&Cs apply to use of the Joules gift card, which are available at www.joules.com/promo

b. Bookings at Watergate Bay Hotel are subject to availability. Bookings not available between 23rd December 2019 and 2nd January 2020. The stay must be completed by 1st July 2020. The stay will be in a family suite (double room, bathroom & bunk room for children) and includes breakfast. Surf lessons are standard beginner lessons, one per family member per stay. The prize does not include travel, insurance, spending money or food and drink (except breakfast). The winner must make their own travel arrangements to and from the hotel.

Winner Selection:
One (1) Main Prize winner and thirty (30) Runner-up Prize winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during each relevant Prize Draw Period. Ten (10) Wrap up draw winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period, in accordance with clause 4(b) above. The Prize Draws will be conducted by PromoVeritas, an independent promotional verification service the day after the end of each relevant Prize Draw Period.
Winner Notification:
The winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within ten working days of Winner Selection and will be required to respond to confirm eligibility, acceptance of the Prize and delivery details, within ten working days of initial contact. In the event that a winner does not respond to the initial contact within ten working days, the Promoters reserve the right to disqualify that winner. If a winner is disqualified, the Promoters reserve the right to award the prize to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Reserve winners may have less time to respond.
Runner-up and Wrap-up Prize winners should allow 28 days for the delivery of their Prize from the date of acceptance of their Prize. Main Prize winners will be contacted within 28 days from the date of acceptance of their Prize to organise their Prize.
The winners agree to allow the Promoters to use their names to announce the winners of the Promotion. The Promoters reserve the right to publish the names of the winners.
The Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoters reserve the right to substitute another prize for it, in their sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoters which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoters may in their sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, or invalidate any affected entries.
The Promoters may refuse to award a Prize, or seek its recovery, in the event of an entrant’s fraud, dishonesty or non-entitlement under these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoters and their associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion or accepting or using a Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
All entries must be made directly by the person entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters and which prevents the Promoters from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoters will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing their obligations.
The surnames of the Winners will be obtainable for three months from the Closing Date upon application to ‘Joules and Dorset Cereals Competition’ (Winners’ Details Request), Joules Limited, 16 The Point, Rockingham Road, Market Harborough LE16 7QU.
Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purposes of this Promotion by Joules, PromoVeritas and/or by any agent appointed by them to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without your consent. If any provisions of these Terms and Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this shall not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
