Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The prize for this competition is provided by hush and Sipsmith.
2. hush’s registered address is 37-38 Spaces Business Centre, 15-17 Ingate Place, London, SW8 3NS.
3. The prize draw is governed by English law in the English jurisdiction.
4. You must be over 18 to enter into this prize draw and to claim the prize.
5. Directors, officers and employees (or any of their direct relatives) of hush, or any other person or party involved in organisation of the competition are not eligible to enter into this prize draw or claim the prize.
6. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of hush, which are final in all matters relating to the prizes. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. If you win the prize, you agree to provide hush with all information reasonably requested in order for hush to substantiate your identity, age and place of residence.
8. hush may use information relating to the prize draw for marketing or promotional purposes, including use of the winner’s name and likeness. Personal information of entrants will always be used in accordance with hush’s Privacy Policy.
9. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, hush is not responsible for any loss or damage associated with you entering into these terms and conditions, prize draw, or the provision of any aspect of the prize or any act or omission of any other person or party, and all warranties, conditions and representations (of any kind) not expressly set out in these terms and conditions are hereby excluded (except in the case of fraud).
10. hush may terminate these terms and conditions and the prize draw if you do not comply with any of these terms and conditions or if any circumstances beyond hush’s reasonable control prevent or restrict hush or any other person or party from providing the prize or any aspect of the prize.
11. The prize: A chance for x2 people to win a Sipsmith Dry Gin bottle, SIP book and a hush £100 voucher. Each winner will only receive x1 full set (Gin bottle, book and voucher).
12. The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternatives are available. hush and Sipsmith reserve the right to substitute the prize as products are subject to availability.
13. The competition closes on 16th July.
14. Prizes will be announced by hush within 10 days of selecting the winner (unless prize is not immediately available).
