Competition Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) aged 17 years or over. Employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, associated agents, or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion are excluded from entering this promotion.
Promotional Period: The promotion is open to entries from 09:00 BST on 12th July 2021 until 23:59 BST on 25th July 2021.
Prize: The promoter is offering 3 entrants the chance to win a pair of tickets each for either Friday 30th July, Saturday 31st July or Sunday 1st August 2021
There are only 3 prizes to be won. The prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.
There shall only be 3 winners.
To Enter the promotion, you are required to fill out the entry form with your name, email address and telephone number.
Only one entry per person will be allowed, multiple entries by the same person will be disqualified.
Winner Selection: Prize draw winner will be selected by The Promoter at random.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified by email and/or phone call on Monday 26th July directly by a representative of The Promoter. If a winner does not respond to the email or phone call within 24 hours of notification The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and will award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time as the original.
It is the responsibility of the winner to provide correct, up-to-date details following acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.
Entrants agree to be bound by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoter’s decisions.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners and ask for proof of identity, age, and address and to withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties agree that any dispute or action arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
If for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons (including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to modify or suspend the Promotion.
If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which are beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which prevents them from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.
Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with The Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted into future marketing from The Promoter. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by The Promoter to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and any imagery to support competition announcements and any other marketing material for The Promoter’s own use.
