Competition Terms and Conditions

THE PRIZE There are 3 prizes available to be won, 1 Prize per category winner. The Prize per category will be 1 Summer outfit from White Stuff, 1 x Gin from Whitley Niell, 1 x plant from Arena flowers. [The prize is supplied by White Stuff, Whitley Neill, Arena Flowers (“the Supplier”) [The prize is subject to availability] If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize, in our sole discretion, of equal or greater value. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative. WINNER SELECTION All valid entries will be submitted into the prize draw and the winner(s) will be selected at random from all entries by 9th June 2020. We reserve the right to refuse entry or to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions. WINNER NOTIFICATION The winner(s) will be notified by email or via social media using the details provided on the entry. The winner(s) will be required to respond within 5 days of such notification, confirming their acceptance of the prize and confirming where the prize should be sent. If a winner declines the prize or does not respond to us after 2 attempts within 3 business days of the decision date, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with these terms and conditions. The prize will be sent to the winner within 30 of days of the date they confirm their acceptance of the prize. PERSONAL DATA By entering the competition, you understand that your personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition, as set out in the promoter’s privacy policy www.whitestuff.com/privacypolicy. It is also necessary for the Promoter to provide your personal data to the Supplier for the purpose of fulfilling the prize. The Supplier will use your data in accordance with their privacy policy. Your personal data will not be used by us or the Supplier for any other purpose unless you have provided your consent to us/ the Supplier using your data for direct marketing, as further set out in the applicable privacy policy. GENERAL The promoter of this prize draw is White Stuff Limited of Canterbury Court, Kennington Park, 1-3 Brixton Road, London, SW9 6DE. The decision of the promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Insofar as is permitted by law, the promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where its caused by the negligence of the promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts
